The search box is in the upper right corner of the blog. It’s the first item in the sidebar. It says “To search, type and hit enter”. You can also browse the categories and tags in the sidebar for what has been indexed in the blog. Hope this helps you! Thanks for reading the Gaming Zone Blog. :)

The library does not have any games that are available for download but there are movies that you can download via Overdrive or the PBS Video Collection you can view in streaming video online. Go to http://www.plcmc.org/Online/ and select either Overdrive or the PBS Video Collection. You must have a library card to access these resources outside the library. Overdrive has a variety of documentary, feature film and children’s videos ready for download.

I spoke with our YA Librarians and they said that your best bet for Yu-Gi-Oh Trading Card game sessions is to come to one of our Anime clubs. They said that Mountain Island Library and Morrison Regional Library both have established anime clubs that feature Yu-Gi-Oh sometimes in their sessions. Does anyone else play Traviant? I find it to be so addicting

I haven’t heard of a board game called Traviant. Do you mean the browser based game called Travian? It looks to be a blast with town building, wars and trade with your neighbors. I’ll have to check it out. I checked on Facebook and there are 3 fan pages and 2 groups dedicated to Travian. It looks like it has about 20,000 fans and 26,000 members in the groups. Browser based games are so nice in that there is no software to download, you can play anywhere you have a web browser and and Internet connection. Thanks for letting us know about it!
