Hey, I’m not really from Charlotte, but I visit here A LOT. I am really a huge fan of videogames, as I collect and play Nintendo’s electronic merchandise. I was so amazed that a LIBRARY would have stuff like “lofts” with gaming contests and what-not. (But you would have to be a citizen of Charlotte to enter a contest like that wouldn’t you?)

    Hi Adrianna,
Certain contests are only open to Mecklenburg County residents but you are always welcome to come to any of our open play events. If there is a resident requirement for a contest it will be listed in the program information. We’re glad to have you visit anytime. Game on!
